항상은 아니었다. 내게 주어진 시간이 선물처럼 좋지만은 않았다. 누구나 매일 같이 선물 같은 시간을 사는 것은 아니니까…
그러나 잠깐씩 찾아오는 선물 같은 시간이 있다. 아무도 몰래 상자에 담겨 무엇이 들었는지 모르게 전해지는…
전해진다. 어디선가 누군가에게서 내게로 온다. 알아보지 못하면 반기지 않으면 반품되어 버리는 비밀 꾸러미…
알고도 모르고도 지나가 버린다. 계속해서 내게 기쁨을 줄 수는 없다.좋은 게 계속 좋을 수 없다는 것이 안타깝기는 하다.
그래서 쓸고, 닦고 귀한 자리 잡아보고 여기, 저기 눈 가는 자리 놓아보고 붙잡아 두는 추억이다.
눈물이 고이도록 귀한 것들이 지나간다. 한 움큼 감아쥐어도 흐르는 시간은 쉬이 간다.
