자연의 원초적인 미감에 인간의 감성을 투영하여 서정성을 표현한다.
바위, 나무, 풀, 꽃 등의 자연물의 이용하여 인체의 형상 <스톤피플>을 표현한다. 이는 나의 삶을 반영하는 캐릭터이며, 태어나고 죽는 삶의 한계를 초월하는 우리 인간의 신화적 도상으로 표현된다. 화면 속 요소들은 어찌 보면 주변에 흔히 보이는 돌들과 풀잎들로 이루어진 하찮고 연약한 존재들의 집합체이다. 하지만 어디론가 열심히 뛰어가고 사랑을 나누며 춤을 추는 인물들은 화사하게 피고 지기를 반복하는 꽃들처럼 평범하지만 끈질기고 아름다운 우리 삶의 모습으로 표현된다.
돌은 여러 감정을 가지고 오랜 시간 다양한 모습으로 변모하며 이 땅에 존재해온 우리의 역사이자 자화상이며, 다양한 풀잎과 꽃들은 끊임없이 피고 지며 순환하는 자연의 생명력이다.
하나의 돌을 이루기까지 지나온 시간들과 상황들 깨지고, 부드러워지고, 단단해지기도 하며 다양한 색과 무늬, 흔적들이 마치 우리의 삶과 많이 닮아있다.

I project human emotion onto the primal beauty of nature, giving form to lyricism.
Using stones, trees, grasses, and flowers, I create human figures called Stone People. They are reflections of my own life and symbolic icons of humanity, transcending the cycle of birth and death. On the surface, the elements in my works appear insignificant and fragile, made of ordinary stones and blades of grass found in everyday surroundings. Yet these figures run somewhere with purpose, share affection, and dance with joy. Like flowers that bloom and fall in radiant cycles, they embody the persistence, tenderness, and quiet beauty of our lives.
Stone carries emotion. It changes form over vast periods of time. It is both our history and our self-portrait. Grass and flowers, endlessly sprouting and fading, embody nature’s regenerative vitality.
The long journey a stone takes to become what it is—breaking apart, softening, hardening again, accumulating colors, traces, and patterns—mirrors the journey of our own lives.

캔버스화면에만들어내는핑크월드(Pink World)는유토피아를 향한 본인의 순수한 욕망과 무의식으로부터 발현된 것으로 다채로운 색감과 함께 분홍빛 행복으로 표현한다.
본인의 작업은 행복함과 만족감만이 존재하는 내면의 유토피아로써 현실과비현실의 구분이 모호한 핑크빛 공간으로 표현한다. 현실에 존재하지 않는 이상향을 유토피아라 하듯이, 현실에 존재하지 않아 닿을 수 없지만 작품을통해 실현하는 세상은 나에게 위로와 안식을주며, 삶을 재충전할 수 있는 역할을 한다.
이상향을 찾아나서는 나의 모습을 분홍말에 투영하여 미지의 동물과 식물, 그것들이 만들어내는 독특한 환경과 묘한 분위기로 현실에서 경험할 수 없는 신비한 시각체험을 가능하게 하며 현실은 푸른빛, 이상은핑 크빛으로 상징적 의미를 부여하여 현실에서 이상으로 가는 행복한 여정을 표현함으로 위로와 쉼을 얻을 수 있는 핑크유토피아(Pink Utopia)로 관객들과 행복한 동행이 되고자 한다.

The Pink World I create on canvas arises from a pure longing for utopia and from the depths of my unconscious. It unfolds in radiant hues and soft pink light, expressing joy and tenderness.
My work evokes an inner utopia where only happiness and contentment exist. This pink realm blurs the boundary between the real and the unreal. Just as utopia signifies an ideal world unattainable in reality, my imagined universe does not exist in the physical world, yet it becomes real through painting. It offers me solace and rest, renewing my spirit and sustaining my life.
I project my longing for the ideal into the figure of a pink horse, embarking on a journey toward a dreamlike land filled with unknown creatures, fantastical plants, and surreal atmospheres. This strange and wondrous environment invites viewers into a unique sensory experience impossible in everyday life.
Blue symbolizes the real world; pink stands for the ideal. The pink journey between the two represents a joyful passage toward hope and fulfillment. Through this Pink Utopia, I wish to walk alongside viewers, offering comfort, healing, and a space where happiness gently blooms.
